When people worry about aging, thoughts often turn to two areas of concern: health and money. Will I be able to keep a roof over my head and have my wits about me so I can live on my own? Am I saving enough, or exercising enough, to keep my options open in the future? Does it matter what I do now, or is it just the way it is, that aging brings limitations?
The two of us — experts from different fields, a fitness instructor and a financial planner — realize that there are many overlaps between successful ways to respond to aging in the realms of finance and fitness. Our goal is to help you “bounce,” which is the ability to survive stress and be resilient in the face of hardship.
